...And I am so happy. ^^

Last several weeks of the semester were pretty hectic, but I made it through my third year of college. Now I'm looking to a very relaxing, lazy sort of summer. Well... maybe~

You see, I might have the chance to get a job/internship at the local zoo, which is pretty much my dream job. Zoo animal care, rehab, and conservation is what I'm studying and working at in my major. So... if all works out, I could land a very exciting opportunity for the summer. I hope it does; it would be so much fun! ^^

But for my first couple of days back from college, I have basically been devoting myself to video gaming and sleeping. XD;; Hey, after all that studying and work, I think I should be able to indulge a little. Been dividing my time between playing Pokemon Platinum and World of Warcraft. Too much RPG for my own good. XD But they're soooo much fun...

Most exciting, though... is June. My birthday is in June, and I'll be turning 21. Not such a big deal for me, since I don't plan on drinking anyway (though it'll be fun to tell people I'm 21 and watch their reaction, since I don't look nearly that old. XD). No, I'm most anxious for the fact that my Roger-sama is coming to visit me for my birthday~ I haven't seen him in about a year now, so I am very excited. Can't wait~

Ah, yes, since it is summer... I also wanted everyone to know that I would love to trade Pokemon with you if you are interested! Please check out my trade journal if you are interested!

My apologies to everyone for not commenting and talking to all of you in so long~ I hope I'll be able to talk to all of you more now that it is summer! ^^

Hello all~

Still oh so busy with life. This semester has wasted no time in keeping me occupied. But... that's all right, I suppose. I want to try work on some art this weekend but we'll see what comes out. I have ideas for some new pictures, as well as a long overdue art trade I still need to complete. x3 We'll see how that turns out.

Been kept busy at work this weekend, since the grad student I work for threw out his back shoveling snow on Saturday. He's been out of commission for three days now, making me wonder just what he could have possibly done to hurt it that bad. Anyways, it's just been tough doing all the stuff for him in the lab with no one to help me, since the other undergrad who works with me has been away the past two days. Hopefully things work out by the end of the week, because I'm definitely going home this weekend. x3

Oh, I get to go to a fancy forum/dinner thing in two weeks, yay. I apparently won an "Outstanding Women in Science" award for my academics last semester, so I have to go dress up and mingle with brainy people at this dinner. x3 It's great to have an award, but I'm not really experienced with these social events. I guess I have to start getting experience at some point. Wish me luck. XD

And finally, I have become another victim to the predator known as World of Warcraft. Darn it. >>; Stupid addicting game. Only been playing for a little while, but I've been having a lot of fun. My main character is a Blood Elf hunter. And I just started a Tauren druid for fun last night. Both are always accompanied by Roger's respective character. =3 However, if you see a lost looking Night Elf druid girl wandering Darnassus on the Doomhammer server, pity her. It's probably me, attempting to solo in my spare time. XD;;

I can't necessary vouch for where the Pokemon off the GTS come from, or how impressive/unimpressive their movesets are. If no one wants them, I might just release them.

- Eevee (I'm tired of breeding them)

- Sneasel or Weavile (if they happen to have special moves and nicknames. Otherwise, I don't really want them. Just in case anyone happened to be a breeder. ^^)

In general, I like my Pokemon low-level with nicknames, if at all possible~

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone! ^^ May your holidays be relaxing and full of joy. Remember it's not the presents that are important; it's spending time with people you care about and finding happiness in being together.

I wish I could be with all of you to make your Christmas happy. But since that's not possible, I'm just going to give you my best wishes and keep you in my loving thoughts and prayers. ^^

I was going to do a Christmas picture, but I got strapped for time. Maybe I'll do a late holiday one. And I still owe some people some art trades, so I'll be working on those, too. Fear not~

So thankful that this semester of college is over. I thought I'd just be lucky to get through it, but not only did I do that... I aced every class this semester as well. Even more so than usual. I'm not one to brag, it's just... very surprising to me. So I'm happy. Probably one of the best gifts I could ask for. ^^ (ish proud)

First white Christmas in a long time, as well. It's been nasty-cold for the past several days here, with about 3-4 inches of snow on the ground. With plenty of ice to match. x3 Still, it definitely makes it feel more like Christmas and winter and such. Not that I've ever been fond of the cold. xP

I've been on a crazy Castlevania-playing rampage lately. Completely enamored with Curse of Darkness on the PS2, and obsessed with training and forging every kind of Innocent Devil available. It's kinda like training Pokemon, without me dozing off (due to the action). XD;; Yeah, I fall asleep playing Pokemon sometimes. The monotony of training gets to me every so often. And you KNOW it's bad if I doze off, yet I can still play because I can still hear the game and know without looking (or thinking, for that matter) what moves to choose. XD Sometimes I can even get away with switching my Pokemon correctly! Needless to say, I've been taking a hiatus from playing Pokemon lately.
